Carys Weatherby has been housekeeper at Godwin Castle ever since the death of her mother, who was housekeeper before her, and her mother before her. She knows more about castles and curses than most of the Godwin family, and she’d be willing to do whatever it takes to protect her best friend, Dunstan.
But as the unfortunate events surrounding Godwin Castle take on a suspicious nature, Dunstan and Carys’s feelings for each other grow. The family has definitely seen their attraction and is pushing them together, but is one of them causing accidents and tumult for nefarious reasons?
